We deliver across Singapore and 13 neighbouring countries. Delivery in Singapore is free for orders above S$70.00. For orders below S$70.00, there is a delivery fee of S$8. International delivery charges depend on the weight of your order and varies across country zone.

How much does local delivery cost?

We are pleased to offer free doorstep delivery to all local orders above S$70. For orders below S$70.00, there is a delivery fee of S$8.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are delivered the same or next day via NinjaVan or Pickupp. You will receive an SMS with the expected delivery time and driver’s direct contact number should you need to reschedule.

What carriers do you use to ship my order?

All our international orders are shipped by Aramex which includes a tracking number for easy tracking.

How much does international delivery cost and how long will my order take?

Delivery is free for orders above S$150 for countries in Zone A and B, and free for orders above S$200 for countries in Zone C and D.

For orders below, the delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of your order. Your total delivery charges (depending on your country zone and weight) will be automatically computed at checkout prior to the completion of your order.

**Customers are responsible for any local tax, custom and duties in their respective country.

My order hasn’t arrived yet! Whom should I contact?

In the event that your order was not delivered as scheduled, or you have more queries on delivery, kindly contact us at info@101caffe.sg with your order number so we can expedite this with our delivery partner!

What is your refund policy for international orders?

As coffee is a food product, we do not offer a general return policy for our international orders. In addition, we will not be able to accept returns of any open bag products. Should you require any assistance with your order, simply contact us at info@101caffe.sg.
